These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TellCoder ("the Service"), operated at tellcoder.com by Breakevens LLC ("Breakevens LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TellCoder provides an AI-assisted coding agent that helps users describe, build, and publish software applications through conversational chat.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service to build or publish anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes on the rights of others.
• You may not attempt to access other users' data, workspaces, or published applications.
• You may not use the Service to abuse, overload, or attack TellCoder's infrastructure or third-party services.

4. Ownership

You retain ownership of the applications and content you create using TellCoder, subject to compliance with these Terms.

5. Availability

TellCoder is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
